20% To 30% Increased Risk Of All Cause Mortality In People insufficiently Active.
This study found that people who engage in at least 30 minutes of moderate physical activity most days of the week are 20% to 30% less likely to suffer from increased risk of all-cause mortality compared to those who are insufficiently physically active.

A new Study found that less than 5000 steps a day could be beneficial for health. More than 226, 000 people around the world showed 4000 was sufficient to start reducing the risk of dying prematurely- the analysis showed. Heart and blood vessels benefited for steps above 2300. The researcher said- “ the more you do, the more health benefits are seen.”
